A customer will be allowed to return the product/s purchased from website,if it meets the criteria of:

• Return order processed within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Multiple returns per order are allowed. Only 1 return per order will be free. Customers will get a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box fee and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping fees will be AED 13.
• The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached and in their original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure credit. Please also include all paperwork, parts and accessories, if applicable.
• For credit returns, the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.
• The following items are marked as final sale and may not be returned.

Follow these steps to return order

• Visit your My Account page
• Click on History
• Click on the details of the order you wish to return
• A pop-up window with order details will open, find the cancel order button
• You can select the items you wish to return for that particular order
